Snakes, elongate legless carnivorous reptiles, found everywhere. Snakes are usually considered as venomous but it’s a false belief. All snakes are not venomous. Venomous snakes are found in all continents except Antarctica. Cobras and vipers are highly venomous and can be fatal. Snake bite is a defensive way to escape from other animals or human beings or to hunt their prey. A snake bite as the name says is an injury caused from the bite of a snake.

The effect of a snake bite can be disastrous and depends on a number of factors like species of snake, area of the body bitten; the amounts of venom injected and so on. Even a non venomous snake bite can cause injury due to the wound caused by their fangs. The bite from a non venomous snake should be treated immediately as it may also cause severe injury to the victim. Most snake bite causes minor pain or redness of the injected area. Usually, injury is caused in the areas that are exposed like legs and arms.

Doctors’ advice the patient to be calm and patient or else the blood pressure will increase. Un-necessary panic will only raise the pulse rate and blood pressure and moves the venom into the body faster. The victim should be kept as immobile as possible. In Ancient times death rates due to snakebites were large but nowadays the medical science has progressed so much that a snake bite is considered as a simple thing. It is good if one can identify the snake, if so the treatment will be easy as this does varies from species to species. Usually Rattlesnake, Copperhead, Cottonmouth Water Moccasin, and Coral Snake are considered as the most poisonous ones.

Immediate medical attention is much better than self medication. Simple Ayurvedic treatments for snake bites are yet to be known to the world. The treatment here also depends upon the species of the snake. Several medicinal herbs are available in nature which are made use of, and has proved to be more effective than modern medicines.

Psoriasis is a chronic, autoimmune disease that appears on the skin. It occurs when the immune system sends out faulty signals that speed up the growth cycle of skin cells. Psoriasis is not contagious. The scaly patches caused by psoriasis, called psoriatic plaques, are areas of inflammation and excessive skin production. There are mainly five types of psoriasis; they are plaque, guttate, inverse, putsular, and erythrodermic. Psoriasis can occur at any age but is commonly seen in the start stage of adultery. It can occur at any part of the body including the scalp. Ayurveda has effective treatment for Psoriasis. Ayurvedic concepts treat each individual as unique and thus the treatment for each one varies accordingly.

The causative factor for psoriasis is still a mystery. Some consider that psoriasis is caused due to the excessive production of skin cells and some others believe that psoriasis is caused because of immunity disorder. Hereditary factors also affect this issue, which is accepted world widely. Even stress is considered as a factor that causes psoriasis. From the researches done, It is found that ‘Panchakarma’ (five actions) can be considered as effective treatment for psoriasis. Panchakarma includes Nasya (nasal therapy), Vamana (vomiting), Virechana (purging), and two kinds of Vasti (enema). Panchakarma is meant to purify the body by eliminating the toxins.

Diet restrictions have to be maintained when the treatment is done. The patient has to follow complete vegetarian diet. Yogurt, chilies, black gram and excess salt should be avoided from the daily routine. Stress and infection can make psoriasis worse.

579387 x 75347 = ?
Can anyone out calculate this in less than 10 seconds without the help of a calculator?
I challenge you. You can’t do it……
Oh Please!!!
Please don’t faint seeing these numbers. Even I used to faint when used to I see big numbers to calculate. I know it’s the same for many out there. When I was a student, numbers used to chase and scare me in my dreams. My mathematics teacher was a regular visitor in my dream, who used to come with a big scale in her hand asking me to solve the problems. Trigonometry and algebra used to be my worst nightmare. I had math phobia but now no big numbers can scare me. I learned a small trick recently and now I don’t run when I see numbers.
No, no, don’t get confused. I don’t have anything to do with mathematics and neither am trying to teach you mathematics. But I thought I will share a bit of what I learned recently.
Lately, I get to know about Vedic Mathematics. Vedic Mathematics is the name of the monumental work done by Late Jagad Guru Swami Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji Maharaj. It basically refers to a set of sixteen mathematical formulae discovered by him. Each of the sixteen formulae talks about a separate branch of Mathematics. These sixteen formulae can be readily applied to wide range of practical problems and applications including Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Conics and others. So you don’t have to sit and storm your brain and when u see tow six digit numbers to multiply.
The Vedic mathematical formulae can be easily applied to solve any kid of mathematical problems. Various complex mathematical problems which require large number of steps to solve can be easily solved in few steps. Many times the problems can be solved mentally without writing any transitional steps. The Vedic mathematic system is coherent, direct and easy to understand. It makes a person to do calculations 10 to 15 times faster. Vedic mathematics will not only useful to the students those who struggle in mathematics but its also useful in general life also.
Just throw away your calculators and try out this simple trick.
